I approach design from an applied arts perspective: the application of design and aesthetics to objects of function and everyday use. From sleek, minimal application interfaces where a UI disappears, to richly-textured, immersive game interfaces which enhance a storyline, my goal is to find the sweet spot where form meets function to create a compelling user experience.
My skills as a front-end developer allow me to work seamlessly with engineering and product teams to deliver game-changing products. I see a project through its entire life cycle, from the conceptual stage, through design and iteration, to production and development. I'm hands-on and like to keep my hands dirty.
